Previously had two holes. One was strectched to 6 guage. Second was stretched to 10 guage. He had requested to have both holes turned into one larger guage. Both holes were scalpeled to 5/8". Since 5/8 of an inch happened to land directly over both holes it was necessary to utilize both holes.
